A few days ago I gained 2.5 pounds(overnight!), half of what I’ve lost. I thought I was sticking to the diet, but found out that Starbucks cafe lattes are high carb drinks(18 carbs). This solves the mystery; I treated myself to two of these recently. I also ate a small can of mixed nuts over a two day period which were carby as well(9 grams for ten). This week has been difficult. I seem to be much more low energy, and my brain is fuzzy. I’ve lost all but a pound of the weight I gained. Hopefull
