Eating low carb doesn’t have to mean eating tasteless or weird foods. It simply involves leaving out processed flour and processed sugar from your diet and cutting waaaaay back on natural starches and natural sugars.
With that in mind and considering I’m a plain cook, I’ve decided to start a category for simple – but tasty – recipes that include no more than 4 ingredients.

From celebrity foodies you’ll recognize from TV to professional chefs, bloggers, and restaurant critics, many food lovers are tapping into Twitter’s real-time network to offer up recipes, restaurant recommendations (or warnings), and an inside look at life in the kitchen.
This list has over 55 great foodies to follow on Twitter. Fair warning, though: before perusing the list, you might want to grab a snack. A lot of the Twitter users included here post mouth-watering images of some great dishes, or even use them as their background images. I’m sure I gained five pounds just posting this review!

One of the things that I miss the most while on a low-carb food plan is the All-American Hamburger. While over on Low Carb Friends website, I saw a thread talking about Wendy’s burgers. My mouth started to water because I’m thinking – how in the heck did they have a burger. I mean I’ve taken everything out of the bun and eaten it with a knife and fork, but seriously … it’s just not the same. It’ll do … but it’s not the same.
So, back to the point – the thread I was on gave a wonderful recipe for a Low Carb Sandwich Roll that everyone was raving about. Figured I’ll have to give it a try. Maybe I’ll sneak out for a Whopper or Arby’s and enjoy picking it up with my hands and eating it like it’s supposed to be eaten (but without the carbs)!!
