I recently came across the most delectable cookie recipe. It’s really incredibly good and amazingly simple to create. Cheesecake in a cookie … yummmmm!
The recipe can easily be doubled … I have to double the recipe so that I have enough cookies left over after I finish baking them – to make it through the week for both my husband and myself!

Eating low carb doesn’t have to mean eating tasteless or weird foods. It simply involves leaving out processed flour and processed sugar from your diet and cutting waaaaay back on natural starches and natural sugars.

Whether you love to cook, or just love to eat, there are plenty of great foodies on Twitter that you can follow. From celebrity foodies you’ll recognize from TV to professional chefs, bloggers, and restaurant critics, many food lovers are tapping into Twitter’s real-time network to offer up recipes, restaurant recommendations (or warnings), and an inside look at life in the kitchen.
This list has over 55 great foodies to follow on Twitter. Fair warning, though: before perusing the list, you might want to grab a snack. One of the things that I miss the most while on a low-carb food plan is the All-American Hamburger. While over on Low Carb Friends website, I saw a thread talking about Wendy’s burgers. My mouth started to water because I’m thinking – how in the heck did they have a burger. I mean I’ve taken everything out of the bun and eaten it with a knife and fork, but seriously … it’s just not the same. It’ll do … but it’s not the same.
So, back to the point – the thread I was on gave a wonderful recipe for a Low Carb Sandwich Roll that everyone was raving about. Figured I’ll have to give it a try. Maybe I’ll sneak out for a Whopper or Arby’s and enjoy picking it up with my hands and eating it like it’s supposed to be eaten (but without the carbs)!!
