I decided it was time as I’ve started low carb induction again on 01-Jan-2009.
I’ve done low carb since 1998 – off and on. I have to admit that it’s the best food plan for me – even if I do stray every once in awhile.

This recipe got its "tongue in cheek" name by always being part of the luncheon after a Mormon funeral. I’m confident there are other religions that have their funeral staples too and I’m sure this dish isn’t isolated to just Mormons! Anyway, this is very easy to double and to serve a crowd!
While not inherently low carb, it can be adapted to the low carb lifestyle by the substitutions in parantheses.
